Haw haw I’m so bored at work. Anyways, so I haven’t blogged in like almost a year (as you can see from the date from my last post). Maybe I’ll start blogging more often now because I’m sooooo bored. I can see that my blog still has the Christmas colour scheme going on that I had put in during Gr11 Christmas (why change a good thing?).

So like, I had a tonne of work to do last month especially because it was closing into year-end. Now I have nothing to do. Well actually, I’m working on my coop work report, which is good that I have time to do it here because I’d rather play wow when I’m at home (that makes me cool). I wonder if my comment thing on my blog still works? I guess I’ll try it out in a moment.
Aight, that’s all for now. (man I haven’t said that in ages)

Update.

Oh the wonders you'll come across when reading the star online. By the way this is what I do at work nowadays -_-;

This has got to be too funny, lol.

Aight, that's all for now.

I don't find it so odd anymore. It seems like it happens every summer...the sort of nostalgiac feeling. Last summer it was a really big deal how everybody was splitting off into university, not seeing each other again until the next summer, likely not even to talk to each other until then, or possibly never to make any contact ever again for the rest of their existence. Once again, a summer has blown by, and pretty soon we're off onto our own little worlds.

I still have 5 days of work left, still counting down. When I first starting working here at Canada Life Assurance, I felt young and full of energy. Heading further into the summer I started feeling older, more tired, and more cynical. I guess that's what work does to people. As I'm moving into the final stretch, I'm starting to feel more exhilerated and young. It's almost over. I could make a real nostalgiac rant right now, but I'll save that for my last day of work. =)

As for the many things that I had planned to get accomplished this summer...learning cantonese/mandarin better, taking sax lessons, picking up more piano songs, working out, glowstringing, etc... I got none of them accomplished. As much of a disappointment to myself it is, it doesn't occur to be that much of a surprise. I do have one ultimatem to fulfill before the summer is over, I guess I'll see how that goes.

Aight, that's all for now.

7 days of work left!

I can almost finally end this incessant waking-up early shiddazzle.

Aight, that's all for now.

...as I stood in line with the other old people waiting to pay for my coffee...

Man, I feel so old.

9 more days of work!

Aight, that's all for now.

I think I lost weight again...my pants and belt seem a bit looser than usual...

Note: I need to start working out next term -_-; I'm sure that's the only way I'll gain some weight that isn't associated directly to my sides.

So despite the fact that I've never heard any Foo Fighters' songs before except their latest single, I actually really enjoyed the live concert last Saturday. Something should be said about how long it took to get the show on the road though. When we arrived there (late, according to the ticket), we were met by a really crappy band called the Constantines that, regardless of how cool they were trying to be, sounded really really bad. If anybody remembers that group of students at MDHS that were trying to be a rock band, it was kind of like that: just a lot of banging, lack of melody and flow, and just plain annoying. The Constantines were TERRIBLE. However, we did receive the priveledge of listening to the second group of openers: Sloan! Sloan was a hell of a lot better than the Constantines, but that's also because I already know that Sloan sounds good. It was nice change of pace especially with the fact that they could sing and their songs had actual melody and such. I found it pretty annoying that the Foo Fighters didn't actually start playing until 9:15 (the "concert" started at 6:30), since I was thinking that we might be leaving the place around 10:00 earlier. Not like it ended THAT late anyways. It was an awesome performance none the less! ^^

Aight, that's all for now.
